New Delhi: Imtiyaz Ahmed, Media In-charge of the BJP Minority Morcha, Delhi, has welcomed the formation of the Delhi Minorities Commission, describing it as a positive step towards strengthening social harmony and inclusive governance.
He said that Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s decision to appoint representatives from different communities to the Commission reflects the government’s commitment to equality, mutual respect, and communal harmony. According to him, the appointment of Nirmal Jain as Chairman and Sardar Kuldeep Singh and Mohammad Haroon as Members sends a strong message that every community has an important role in Delhi’s development.
Imtiyaz Ahmed expressed confidence that the Commission will work for the welfare of minority communities, address their concerns, and serve as an effective bridge between the government and the people. He congratulated the newly appointed Chairman and Members and wished them success in fulfilling their responsibilities. He also thanked Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, saying that the formation of the Commission is an important initiative towards strengthening unity, brotherhood, and inclusive development in Delhi.
