Dr. Priyasha Nanda was born in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and spent her childhood deeply connected to environment where she learned the values of discipline, compassion, hard work, and social service from an early age. Since childhood, she had a deep interest in Biology, Human Anatomy, and medical science. She was always curious to understand the human body and the science behind healing. Known for her intelligence and dedication, she remained a topper throughout her academic journey and earned admiration from teachers and family members for her sincerity and determination.
A major turning point in her life came during her childhood when her father suffered from bronchitis and asthma. She accompanied him to the hospital and witnessed the struggles faced by common people overcrowded hospitals, long waiting hours, helpless patients, and expensive consultation fees that were difficult for poor families to afford. That emotional experience deeply touched her heart. Standing in that crowded hospital as a young girl, she silently made a promise to herself that one day she would become a doctor and dedicate her life to serving humanity with affordable healthcare. From that day onward, social service and patient care became her brata – her sacred life mission.
With strong determination and dedication, she pursued her dream of becoming a doctor. She completed her MBBS from MKCG Medical College and Hospital during 2006–2012. During her medical studies, she developed a special passion for women’s healthcare, maternal care, and gynaecology. Her compassionate attitude and hardworking nature made her respected among colleagues and patients alike. After completing MBBS, Dr. Priyasha Nanda served in Adhoc Medical Services from 2013 to 2016, providing healthcare services to both rural and urban communities. Her experience during this period strengthened her understanding of the real healthcare challenges faced by women, especially those from economically weaker sections. She became known for her patient-friendly behaviour, ethical medical practice, and dedication toward affordable treatment.
To further enhance her medical expertise, she pursued her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the prestigious SCB Medical College and Hospital during 2016–2019. She later completed DNB training in New Delhi and served at AIIMS Bhubaneswar from 2019–2022. Through years of advanced training and practical experience, she gained expertise in handling complicated pregnancies, emergency obstetric care, gynaecological surgeries, and advanced women’s healthcare management.
Today, Dr. Priyasha Nanda is recognized as a highly reputed and renowned High-Risk Pregnancy Specialist and Gynaecologist, trusted by countless patients for her compassionate care, medical excellence, and affordable treatment services. She specializes in high-risk pregnancy management, infertility treatment, PCOS/PCOD management, menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalance, fibroid uterus, ovarian cysts, recurrent miscarriage care, menopause-related problems, adolescent gynaecological issues, antenatal and postnatal care, family planning, cervical screening, urinary infections, pelvic pain, and complete women’s wellness care.
